To fix Audio Renderer Error in Windows 11:
Restart your PC.
Check audio device: unplug and replug headphones/speakers or switch the default playback device.
Restart Windows Audio service:
Press Win + R, type services.msc, find Windows Audio, right-click → Restart.
Update audio drivers:
Press Win + X → Device Manager → Sound, video and game controllers → Update driver.
Disable audio enhancements:
Right-click speaker icon → Sounds → Playback → Select device → Properties → Enhancements → Check Disable all enhancements.
Run Windows Audio Troubleshooter:

After these steps, restart your PC. This fixes most Audio Renderer errors.
